  Pros

  YOU MAKE YOUR OWN PLAYERS STATS. FIT HIM TO YOUR STYLE OF PLAY. I DON;T EVEN WANT TO STOP TO EAT OR USE RR, SLEEP ETC. I USUALLY PLAY CARTOON TYPE INDIES OR WHATEVER DO TO BLOOD.BUT I LOVE THIS ONE.

  Summary

  SUPER GAME GREAT STORY PICK YOUR CHARACTER. I WON'T GIVE ANYTHING AWAY CAUSE I DONT WANT TO RUIN IT. I PLAN ON PLAYING ALL THAT CAME OR COME OUT. I'M JUST A LITTLE TIRED AND HUNGRY AND MY DOGS REALLY HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE. BUT I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT ANYWAY!!! LOL

• Schizophrenic: A professional game with amateur errors

  Pros

  There are sections of excellent graphics (including the intro and game logo). The character creation is deep and interesting. There appears to be a huge amount of room to explore, and lots of quests to keep your interest.

  Cons

  In full screen mode, the game crashes any time focus is drawn away from the game. In windowed mode, the game will only let you quit when it wants you to. When it doesn't (character creation, for instance), you can only quit using Program Manager.

  Summary

  There's probably a lot to like in this game. Graphics are done very well, screen layouts are great, and there are handy buttons on screen for all kinds of useful functions, like inventory, equipment changes, lighting a torch, and changing weapons. I prefer the turn-based combat system, and it is implemented in a clean, simple, and informative way. Sadly, there's a lot of beta-testing that hasn't been done, and the lack ruins the game for me. In addition to the choice of frequent crashes or inability to leave noted above, there are a large number of design choices that need to be reviewed and corrected. The weapon change button I noted above is a nice idea, but if one of your weapon choices includes a shield, you'll have to change that yourself (by opening both the inventory and equipment window each time). Annoying. I noted the nice feature about being able to light or extinguish a torch using a button. Sadly, those torches illuminate such a small area that anything you do using them will still be frustrating to the point of unplayable. And the darkness at night or underground is so deep that almost half the game is unusable. Sad, and frustrating. Treasure is found in the usual collection of chests, barrels, and other bins. The problem is that some of them are locked or sealed, which have to be bashed or locked to open. No worries so far, but when you go to bash them open, you have to click on them, repeatedly. In many cases, up to 70 or 80 times for one container. Now, I understand that the program might need to know how many times I had to hit the container, so that it can process what monster the noise might attract, etc., but do I REALLY have to sit here clicking the whole time? One click to show what I want to do, then stop if a creature shows up (or my weapon breaks; good realism, there). There are more examples, but you get the idea. There's a very good RPG hiding in here, but I don't have anywhere near enough patience to dig it out, and I doubt that most people will, either. After the game has been cleaned up and polished, I will be quite interested, and very likely to enjoy the entire series.

  A really well thought out 2D game..maps are good, transistions to dungeons are good.....But...

  Cons

  My Gosh... It takes 3 minutes to walk to another area on the same board....After 15 minutes, i couldn't handle it any longer.

  Pros

  The intro was sorta cool. The game interface was fairly easy, from what little I played the game. Also, they had fairly well detailed descriptions of just about everything. All you needed to do was move your cursor over whatever it was--skill, item, etc.

  Cons

  Umm...you couldn't run? You could only walk. And not just walk--like tiptoe. In addition, when you rested, you regained like 1 hit point every 15 seconds. I think the designer of this wanted people to learn patience. I am not a patient person, especially when I'm trying to play a game and enjoy it:/
