You can also see a line graph to track emotions individually and with respect to one another.Want to express your feelings? Share your graphs on Facebook, Tweet them, or email to a friend or coach. The flower is a beautiful expression of your day.The App is simple to use. Each day, you check in reflect on your feelings. Then, in a few seconds you rate the intensity of that days feelings on a scale from 1-5.With one click, you can see your flower graph (aka polar graph) to observe the balance of your feelings.
