Pros
There is something to be said about a software that does one thing and does it well. This utility is faster and easier to use than full featured photo editing software for resizing photos. The resulting photo quality is acceptable. The watermark feature is a great bonus.
Cons
Note that if you are looking for a utility that can crop images or do any other type of editing you will need to look elsewhere.

Much poorer quality resizing than photoshop. Resizing building pictures produced undesired patterns in the brick and siding, yuck.
