• Doesn't support all outlook contacts

  Does a fine job with most contacts, but has bugs with business contact manager contacts.

  Cons

  I contacted the vendor and told them about the bug. They then said BCM wasn't supported. When I said that it wasn't disclosed in the advertising, they just said "sorry for the inconvenience", and made no promise of a free upgade in the future (even though they are working on a fix). I'll post again if they do the right thing and offer the free upgrade to paid customers.

  It is amazing that, after so many version iterations, Outlook still does not give decent email merge support (you can use Word as editor and use the Word merge feature - pff..). eMailMerge 4Outlook fills this gap and adds tons of additional features such as using categories for list selection. You can save the outgoing emails in the drafts folder first, for reviewing, finetuning and additional personalization, or send them immediately. Great for both business and personal use. No more "Dear Customer" emails!

  Just like a word mail merge but with email. Each recipient receives an email specifically addressed to them with only their email address. Sends them out one at a time so able to get around cox and others automatic deletion of emails sent to over 50 people

  I use it primarily with a single recipient that will receive multiple emails. I use templates for this purpose, and it works great to further personalize a template if needed by sending the merged email to the drafts folder. I only wish more/all fields were available, even user defined ones, hint, hint!

  eMailMerge allowed me to send customized email messages from Outlook without being tagged by SPAM filters. This was an exciting development as I tried sending mass customized mails of my daughter's 2nd birthday party. I would highly recommend the solution. eMailMerge works as advertised and is affordable!

  This product turned out to be exactly what I needed for my email campaigns. Powerful, yet simple to use. We'd already been using Outlook "categories" extensively, so that feature was particularly useful.
