Send custom auto-reply messages in Microsoft Outlook.

Respond to incoming e-mails automatically even if you are away from your computer. 4Team Email Responder is a convenient add-in for Microsoft Outlook allowing you to send custom auto-reply messages automatically. This software allows you to create and send auto-reply e-mail messages in response to specific incoming e-mails. You can use default auto-reply templates or create your own custom templates based on your current status (Away, Out of Office, Vacation, custom Status or Calendar and Skype Free/Busy status). Auto-reply messages will be sent even if you are away from your computer. You can set up Auto Reply to respond to e-mails received from selected senders and disable it for other specified senders.

Using Email Responder you can send customized responses. You can also set custom rules to eliminate unnecessary responses. This program can link your status to the status of Microsoft Outlook Calendar events or MSN Messenger.
