This tool will assist you in creating your own electrical plans. This app is especially useful for field personal capturing existing or new electrical layouts of residential and commercial dwellings.The steps to follow for using this app: 1 - A pdf version of the floor plan needs to be opened with this app. The easiest way to open a pdf file with this app is to use the email application on your iPad. Simply press the pdf file while on email app and then choose this app from the pop-up menu to open the pdf file. 2 - Adjust the size of the pdf drawing opened in this app to fit the whole view. 3 - Use symbol picker to choose a symbol such as receptacle outlet or lighting outlet that you intend to place on drawing. 4 - Press "Select" button to create the symbol chosen in symbol picker. 5 - Move the symbol to any position on the floor plan. 6 - After placing all the symbols on the floor plan as per electrical plan (new or existing), press "Capture" button to capture the layout (screenshot). Screenshot of the layout will be saved in Photos library of your iPad. You can share the captured image of electrical plan using email or text messaging with your colleagues.7 - "Email" button allows you to create the schedule for all components used in the layout. It opens an email window with the schedule in the email body. The schedule displayed in email can be edited or shared with others.8 - To remove a symbold that you added, press the symbol added twice (double-tap). You can add/remove as many symbols as you want.Screenshot of the layout will be saved in Photos library of your iPad. - You can share the captured image and created schedule of electrical layout plans using email or text messaging with your colleagues.This app is designed for all sizes and releases of iPad.
