Software will not show gridlines on my iMac

- I liked EDraw because it functioned similarly to Microsoft Visio that I used for many years on my Windows computer. I needed something similar for my Mac computer, I did not notice that the grid lines did not work in the trial version so I purchased a Lifetime License.
- Cons
- EDraw max pro Ver. 9.1 will not show grid lines on my iMac Mac Ver 10.12.6 Have contacted support several times no help this is the answer I received ( I tested again on our Mac, and it works fine with the grid.) Joyce Ying- Edraw Support Team. No help to me still no grid lines.

- POOR SUPPORT. After several emails with no real answer. They have stopped replying to my emails. WARNING product support is from CHINA so communications are difficult. Reason for purchase was to run on Mac platform It will not function correctly on my Mac.

- So far, I have found it to be a second-to-none tool for presentation. Even in full-screen display mode, the diagram can still be edited. What is more, it can be zoomed in to focus on the details. However it is enlarged, it is still highly clear.
- Cons
- I am a perfectionist. But I admit this tool is nearly perfect with the comprehensive functions.
