OK, but lacked some features when compared to Kdevelop

Pros
It's free. Can do the job if you have nothing better. Install via binary if you choose to use this app.
Cons
Interface not as intuitive as Kdevelop and had some stability issues as well.
Summary
Tried version 0.3.x under PCLinuxOS--did the "./configure", "make" and "make install" routine to install the package. Installed with a few minor errors, but ran when I launched it. Found the app not as complete as Kdevelop (my preferred Linux IDE) and had some stability issues--would crash suddenly for no apparent reason. I ended up uninstalling the app and going back to Kdevelop. Trying the Windows version as there's apparently no other free Python IDE available for Windows that's better--currently using PYPE (OK, but needs some maturing as well).
