• Great for creating beautiful diagrams

  Pros

  - Very simple and intuitive to use, creates beautiful diagrams. - Integrates with Microsoft's word. - Supports also huge diagrams. Has features that really ease the task of editing huge diagrams. - Outputs the diagram files in text format, which can be parsed by other (custom made) programs. - Very flexible in design. - After years of use, I can say that every user that tried this program ended up preferring it over every other program they ever tried. It's just that simple, and we get great results fast.

  Cons

  - Has some minor bugs, nothing serious. - Has a lot of configuration possibilities, which are placed over a lot of different menu options. Sometimes it's difficult to find an option, and sometimes we find several options that basically control the same feature. - Has limited possibility to add 'meta data' to diagram figures (The meta data is added as a label to the diagram, but there's no possibility to add kind of a 'properties' list to a figure which doesn't appear in the diagram, and holds comments and docu' about the figure).

  Summary

  If you give it a try, and get to know the editing options, you'll never use anything else for diagrams. If you need to create and manage diagrams that another program of yours should then process, this is a 'good-enough' option.

  Pros

  Easy to read, easy to set and simple to use

  Cons

  No target time for stopwatch although this can be done with the countdown.

  Summary

  It's good and I use it all the time when working to prompt other activities.

  Pros

  Very easy to use, but quite flexible. When a alarm clock or countdown occurs, in addition to playing a sound and/or speaking a message, you can open files, start applications, sleep or restart your computer

  Cons

  I don't see anything to improve - it works well.
