Horrible customer service

- Echosign is a decent product but if you have any problems at all, then you better try to figure it out on your own. They claim to offer free phone support but I called over ten times and every time they asked me to leave a message with customer support. I think I might have gotten one call back about 3 days after I initially called. I recommend another option with better customer support.
EchoSign is simple, fast, and secure.
