* BE Corp is incorporated under the laws of Switzerland.

* Using EBO to purchase Ether and other crypto with a debit card is provided by a third party service.

* You are not required to buy Ether within EBO to use EBO, simply send Ether and Ethereum tokens to your EBO wallet from other Ethereum accounts and wallet sources to gain full control of your Ether and crypto assets with EBO.

Support

BE Corp does not receive or store your Wallet accounts, Wallet password, encrypted private key, unencrypted private key, or 12 word backup phrase associated with your EBO Wallet. We cannot, therefore, assist you with Wallet password retrieval. We cannot generate a new password for your Wallet if you fail to remember your original password. We can not access, restore or recover your Wallet accounts.
