The marketing and promotion of this software is effective.
Cons
It did not meet my expectations. With the "Easy-To-Use" promo, I was under the impression the pdf document would be much easier to format as needed as an excel doc. I was unable to locate clear instructions or suggestions on how to make this happen. The customer service rep was unable to assist as needed. This was very disappointing and, unfortunately, a waste of $$s. Perhaps this is a better product for ultra tech savvy ones.
