Pros
I would have named this application Very Simplistic Publisher. Would be great as a learning tool for fifth graders.
Cons
It Has no Word art tool. Images can't be rotated. Text can only be rotated to 90, 180, 270, and 0 degrees. It Doesn't support JPEG, TIFF, PDF.... No Semi-transparent Images, bullets, water marks.....

It's just notepad on steroids!!! Girlie boy Steroids at best.

I installed it and wantewd to make a certificate but can't understand how it works, the help menu doesn't help also and there are a lot of disabled icon at the menu.
