Awesome for HR

Pros
We were able to get our term files into digital format very quickly and with little effort. Moving forward we have been using the Docusign integration for electronic onboarding and for PTO requests, etc. Huge time saver when coming from paper format
Cons
Docusign templates take a little bit of time to get set up, but definitely worth it

Pros
The Scan to Cloud and OCR features are what really make DynaFile shine. You can get large paper documents imaged, indexed and filed in the system very quickly. From there, you can pull them up instantly along with any other document using their indexing information (metadata / document properties). They also offer some handy workflow features like integrated eSignatures, PDF annotations and secure document sharing. Great product for businesses spending too much time, money or effort filing.
Cons
None that we encountered really, you just have to make sure you have an internet connection since it is a cloud-based system.
Summary
DynaFile actually does make it incredibly easy to manage paper and electronic files all in one place. Plus, it's extremely affordable compared to the cost of dealing with paper-based systems and in-house document management options.

Pros
- Easy to use - Cloud based - Scan directly to system - Autofiling - Improved our workflow - Reduced filing time by at least half
Cons
We had a little push back from senior employees (comes with any new technology ugh), but after a couple of weeks they can't say enough good things about it
Summary
We use DynaFile extensively in our office. We deal with a combination of electronic and paper files and DynaFile makes it easy to manage both from a single interface. The scan to cloud features along with their automatic document indexing (using barcode recognition) has become vital to our day to day processes
