If you burn Audio/MP3 CD and your collection is located not only in hard drive, but also in source like CD, this program is necessary for you. Worked OK for simple stuff but poor for large volumes

Tested it on my contacts folder and it seemed to work OK in merging contacts (though that's not why I bought it).
Cons
Very slow with large volumes - I bought it to dedupe a 250k item folder which had a lot of duplicates and it was showing 10% complete after 24 hours. I contacted support and they said this was normal and refused to give me a refund.

Very bad customer support - do not purchase from this company.

Would be a good program if it worked. I have my doubts about the warranty claims process. Program didn't work for me. Asked for a refund (14 day money back) and was told only if support had an opportunity to correct the problem. Support said it would not work on my duplicates due to limits within the program. Again I requested a refund but was denied again. I was offered a different program. I was forced to gain a refund by doing a credit card charge-back.

This product is great. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about when they say it has bugs. I experienced no problems with it whatsoever. It helped me clear out more than 3 gigabytes of duplicates in my Mp3 collection. Thanks a lot!

I looked around for awhile for a tool that would help me get my mp3 collection under control and this is it. I kept getting duplicate entries in my media players, and this tool helped me eliminate duplicates that accounted for about 30% of my library! Searches for duplicates based on file properties, file names, and id3 tags. Also lets you listen to the songs it finds to help you determine which one to keep. One small bug I found was that I could not edit the id3 tags for files in the search results window, but it is a minor issue. Thanks to the author for making such a useful tool available for free!
