Docket Navigator maintains a database of patent litigation activity in the U.S. district courts, patent infringement investigations in the ITC, and IPR, PGR and CBM proceedings in the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. We gather public information, clean and normalize the data and add layers of metadata to assist in searching. More than 13,000 patent professionals subscribe to Docket Navigator including 88% of the AmLaw 100 law firms and hundreds of in-house lawyers and judges.The Docket Navigator app delivers Docket Navigator content to subscribers in a unique, mobile-friendly format including:The Docket Report:The Docket Report provides a daily birds eye view of every patent case in every U.S. district court, the ITC, and IPR and CBM proceedings in the PTAB. We comb through patent litigation docket sheets (usually between 800 and 900 proceedings per day) and carefully choose significant orders or pleadings which are then summarized and categorized by type of motion and legal issue.
