Unfortunately this problem can't be fixed on the app level and we have to wait for a system level fix (hopefully in iOS 9.3.2 final release). We are working directly with Apple engineers to solve this as soon as possible. All DNS Override features are still compatible with iOS 9.0 - 9.2.1.
