Monitor and view the tags or attributes properties inside a dicom file.
Updated check wrs Web site for latest. It's a small application that allows you to view the tags/attributes inside a dicom file (including ACR nema format). once a file is loaded you can see the various properties of each tag in the file along with a highlight. Now updated to handle Specfic Character set Unicode names etc. Version 0.4 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
