Inspired by the book Diableries: Stereoscopic Adventures in Hell by Brian May, Denis Pellerin and Paula Fleming, the app allows user exploring the Diablerie stereo card which were made exclusively in France, beginning in the 1860s, scanned in ultra high-resolution and digitally restored, exclusive to the Diableries app.The app also includes the Diabl-O-Scope augmented reality feature where users are able to summon virtual One Night in Hell characters in hi-res 3D. Explore hidden action in each scene, record and share on Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.FEATURES: VOYAGE TO ANOTHER WORLDIn France, around 1860, from the loins of a traditional national fascination with all things diabolical, was born a new sensation a series of visionary dioramas depicting life in a strange parallel universe called ENFER Hell communicated to an eager audience by means of stereoscopic cards, to be viewed in the stereoscopes which had already become popular in the 1850s. This 3-D phenomenon, which fascinated a nation for 40 years, is now for you to explore.
