Sabi was founded and funded by a mom of two who is passionate about providing our kids with really fun games that give them the power to read and be creative. Sabi is a kids game company with BIG games that ignite a child's imagination while giving them the sense of Power. Sabi team members include game developers who have shipped many titles for Xbox and PS2 game consoles. We now are focused on getting our youngest kids to be gamers. Our gamers have a lot of fun using their creativity and embracing a love of lifelong reading.
The team had explored new concepts in game design and learning science as a research project at Microsoft. They collaborated with a renown learning science team led by Dr. John Bransford (UW). We worked tirelessly with his team to make sure we understood how children learned and played. During development, we always have a strong advisory board of children leading the feedback on how our design works for them.
