Maintenance Systems - is a set of organizational, material, financial and other elements to ensure maintenance.
Main tasks:
• identify the main types of repair work in accordance with the nature of the device used and the operating conditions,
• establish the necessary periodicity repair works
• Determine the amount of work necessary for the maintenance of performance standards, labor intensity, volume of material costs, minimize downtime of the production facilities,
use modern methods of organizing repairs
develop an appropriate incentive system for the results of maintenance
; Ensure proper organization of material security maintenance
ensure the appropriate quality of maintenance work carried out,
; establish a system of planning, operational and maintenance work with the possibility of integration into downstream business activities.
