I founded Outer Level in June of 2000 as a vehicle to provide the best service possible for my clients. Originally, this was strictly custom software development, primarily for financial institutions in the Boston metropolitan area. Recently, Outer Level diversified into developing software products for the Macintosh platform, namely Apple Computer's new UNIX-based operating system OS X.
