Generate and solve Sudoku puzzles of standard or your own grid.

Desktop Sudoku (or Number Place) allows you to generate completely random Sudoku Sudoku-X, and Tridoku puzzles, enter your own from out of newspapers and magazines, or load them from Sudoku XML files. Not only can you use the standard 9x9 grid that you normally have, but you can also generate puzzles as small as 4x4 if you only want a quick easy puzzle, but you can also generate a 15x15 puzzle for more of a challenge. The program will help you learn how to solve the puzzles, or help you out when you get stuck as some of the features included are: automatically generate possible number notes; hint at next solvable cell; solve next solvable cell; solve entire puzzle; highlight where you went wrong. Also, an integrated timer allows you to time yourself against the clock.

Version 5.2 includes improvements to the installer and uninstaller.
