it works, but low quality support

Pros
It works... and it's the best recording software for a mac that I have found.
Cons
Cost and shady license policies. It's actually not that expensive, but it's annoying that when they release a new version that you have to pay for all of them again. My recorder was freezing after 2 hours of recording, so Igor told me to download the new release. I did. Then I realized I was going to have to shell out another 150 bucks to buy new licenses to replace the 6 I already bought. And by this time it was too late to revert back since the import takes your files and converts them. I don't mind paying 300 hundred bucks for working software, but to have to pay it again in a year or two to fix a bug... very annoying. Igor hasn't responded to my followup emails.
Summary
I will use it for now, but looking for it's replacement unless they upgrade license keys to fix bugs.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 10, 2015<p/>Support followed up and provided an "upgrade" amount versus having to purchase the licenses all over again (half the cost). Also they are looking into why one camera now doesn't work. It's still the best solution I can find and if they resolve the one camera issue I will be very happy. I would probably raise it from 2 stars to at least 3, if not 4.
