The 'David Mead : Guitar Gym' is filled with the most effective guitar practice exercises to develop your technique and turn you into a better guitar player. Create your own daily routine to hone your skills and improve your playing.The 60 exercises are split into five categories, each containing three levels of difficulty. The categories cover Warm-Ups, Co-ordination, Ear Training, Stamina and Rhythm, but all will test your left and right hand capabilities to the limit.You can design your own custom workout by taking one exercise from each category to practise every day.You can hear the exercises in advance and play along using the tab player and there's an adjustable metronome to keep you rhythmically on track.There's a timer, too, to make sure you perform each exercise for the full two minutes.
