No-nonsense personal budgeting!

Pros
I found this program incredibly easy to use, even at 4:30 in the morning. It wasn't hard to learn how it worked, and I was able to prepare the next month's budget in minutes. You have the freedom to sort your bills by categories that you create (Entertainment, utilities, transportation, etc) or by the person/company they go to.
Cons
The nag screen does, well, nag you a bit, but I found it only mildly bothersome. This wouldn't be a program for someone who needs an intensive budgeting program, but if you're like me and only really have to worry about cash coming in and cash going out on expenses, this program is sufficient.
