CocoPPa is an app that lets you customize the icons and wallpapers on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Its aesthetic is kawaii -- the cute-centric Japanese style that's been taking the world by storm -- so download accordingly. If your main complaint about your device's interface is that it's not adorable enough, this is the app for you.

CocoPPa lets you browse its content without an account, but if you want to download, you'll need to either sign up with your e-mail address or log in with your Facebook, Twitter, or Tencent Weibo information. The app lets users both download content and share content that they've created with other users -- and the ability to follow other users gives the app a social networking component. CocoPPa users can download wallpapers, icons, and sets of matching wallpapers and icons.
