Great VST and AU Instrument.

Although some patches sound gimmicky most are top notch and really cut through analog synth pads. If you are making music with DAW's and Virtual Instruments then Crystal should be in your list of Virtual Instruments. Make sure to download and install the 20MB soundfont file and the extra presets. They are worth the time it takes to download and install them. Best of all this cool synth if free! Crystal beats a lot of synths that cost money so for free Crystal is a must have! Kudos to the developers!

The variety of sounds is unbelievable, the level of control is excellent, and it works flawlessly in my version of Logic Audio 6. The pre-sets alone give only a glimpse of what can be done with Crystal, it's really amazing. All this, and it's free to boot! Very very sweet, thank you so very much!! This is Excellent!!
