  Basically it's been rock-solid, and the change you made to the Corrective Action Summary Report is just what we needed. <p> <p>The CAR Request Form itself is improved, also; I don't believe the Cost of Quality and RPN appeared on it before, unless I'm mistaken. I'm very pleased with the reporting features of the program. <p> <p>My overall impression of the program having used it a month now is that it has been good value for the money.

  We're using the "Audit#" field to record the customer location of externally-reported corrective action. It'd be great to be able to manipulate that data.

  It has a CAR process map at program startup to lay out all the functions in a nice way. <p> <p>The functions I like the most are the risk and cost analysis, the trending capability, and the amazing knowledge base to easily pull up history and solutions for investigation when we need to design a new product. <p> <p>Tested several different programs, and found this program and its CAR system making sense. Brought it immediately.
