The Cool Fire Calendar is the best Fire service shift calendar available and is designed for Firefighters, EMS providers and their friends and family members. The calendar is simple to set up and incorporates five very common shift schedules including; 24/48, 48/96, 3s & 4s, 4s & 6s and 5 & 6s. The Calendar allows you to set a default schedule but also keep track of other Shift schedules in the event a friend or family member works a different schedule. The Cool Fire Cal makes it easy to post and view multiple entries to any day. Users can also select from three entry colors (red, green blue) to help identify classes of entries (i.e. work, family, exercise, school, etc) if no choice is made it defaults to green. The main calendar screen alerts you that you have a calendar entry on that day by posting a small red, green or blue dot below the date on the calendar. Clicking on the day on the calendar creates a pop up window at the bottom of the calendar with a scrolling list of entries for that day. Deleting the entry or changing it is a snap just click the delete or edit buttons in the right margin of the scrolling list. Apple is constantly upgrading their platforms and operating systems and sometimes it takes me a couple weeks to upgrade my application. Please try and be patient. I am a firefighter like you not a big corporation. I am sure you will like the Cool Fire Cal and agree that it is the coolest Fire/EMS calendar around! Give it a shot!
