Consumptions - Administer all meter readings for iOS

Consumptions is designed to track your energy use in a number of different formats, and while it could use a bit more direction for how to set up and track different types of utilities, it works well for what it offers. This free app is a good companion for anyone that needs to cut their energy bills and wants to pay close attention to consumption on a daily basis.

When you first open Consumptions, it is empty. There is no tutorial or walkthrough for setting up new utilities, though the limited number of menus eliminates your options quickly. Once you have identified and defined each of your utilities you can start adding meter readings. The app doesn't do a lot until you have at least two to three days of readings entered. At that point it will start providing graphs, showing average consumption, days when it increased or decreased, and more. This makes for a very useful visualization tool for how much energy you are using. The interface here is very well made and the menus are clean and easy to navigate, but some functions and walkthroughs are missing -- always adding a bit of extra time to the process of adding new utilities or updating your consumption rates.
