Concept Connections in Nursing for Android

This simple app allows the learner to access abbreviated content.

1) Concept description - provides the learner with a synopsis of the concept.

2) Alternations and Nursing Care - provides an overview of content that is related to the concept. This provides content beyond the exemplars.

3) Linking Concepts - show the connections of other concepts to the primary concepts being presented.

4) Related Exemplars - brief content presentation of the exemplars related to the concept from Pearsons Concept Based Nursing.

The app will help the learner make important connections between different Concepts. It will assist them in moving between factual and conceptual understanding in a mutually reinforcing way. When the learner can make these Concept connections, they are will be able to use good clinical judgment in patient care.
