• Its color wizard creates brilliant designs.

  Pros

  There is no question about whether it can be used as a powerful tool for creating color designs, or not: It is. Although some learning period is needed to take the best of this program, but the good news is that a "what-if" run for making a design is really quick if you already spent some time (let's say 1 hour) to check out the tutorial and the help. Especially take care on the part referred as 'harmony rules'! Some part of it is a bit difficult to understand, but with some practice (and tutorial screenshots) I could build my own patterns upon the provided ones. <p> <p>After got familiar with the concept, I started to create targeted color designs. I have to say, many of them happened to be very good looking. In less than an hour I created about 15 design-variations and then I spent another hour to choose the better ones and to fine tune them manually. From the 15 original cases I’ve chosen 5 (from different color worlds) to publish. After showing them to others I ensured of that I was not the only person got impressed by the result. <p> <p>Summary: <p>- A few hours of learning makes it really productive and easy to use <p>- After, wide range of design variations can be created in minutes <p>- The result designs can be exported to various formats (color definition data in several systems, labeled color pattern bitmaps for designs (e.g. photoshop, web authoring), and kaleidoscopes for offering variations for customers – if the design is good, it looks pretty nice) <p>- It also has some display gamma measuring tool to minimize the rendering differences on different displays. I think this is not usual. <p> <p>Now I have a registered version and I'm gladly using it. I really recommend - for at least to try - for ANYONE ever think of creating color designs from sketch. <p> <p>Good luck
