Clip Extractor Pro helps you download videos from YouTube and other sites to store on your computer and play offline if you choose. With a streamlined interface and quick downloading speeds, this program will have videos at your fingertips in seconds.
Clear tutorial: When you first open the app, you have the option to watch a quick tutorial video that describes how to install and access Clip Extractor Pro. The video is clear and the process is fast, so you can start using the app right away.
Speedy: Downloads happen quickly through this app, and you can start playing them immediately through Windows Media Player, or whatever you choose as your default media player. The video quality is good, and you can save videos in multiple formats, including MP3, MP4, 3GP, MOV, and more.
Browser integration fail: While pasting links into the main interface of the app worked fine for accessing files to download, the browser integration that should allow you to download straight from a Web page did not. This means that the app is still useful for downloading, but it's definitely not as convenient as other downloading apps that give you the direct download option.
Clip Extractor Pro is a quality program for the most part, and the ability to extract ringtones is a big plus. But the missing browser integration is a significant drawback. It's free to try for use on three downloads, after which you'll have to pay $19.95 to keep using it.
