Extend the functionality of the cincinnati library catalog website.

This extension will slightly enhance the functionality of the Cincinnati Library catalog website by adding 3 checkboxes to the Renew Current Checkouts page for selecting all checkouts due today, all due within a week, and all due within two weeks. For items that have more than one volume, such as DVDs of television series, it will add a button to the "Place Hold" screen to select all volumes.
