Calgary Hot Yoga opened its doors January of 2001. Since then we have been guiding Calgarians in their yoga practice to heal their bodies and calm their minds.

We provide a variety of classes, mostly hot with a few not. Some classes have a strong physical competent while others will bring on a more meditative mindset. You will find you will gravitate to certain class types and teachers, but we encourage you to incorporate a bit of every style into your practice.
