• Installs Pro PC Cleaner

  Software looks good

  Cons

  Basically the free program is a path or bite for their paid option. The paid options are good for any trader. However they change the default search engine, home page and installs rogue software Pro PC Cleaner automatically. We can not accept a software that handles our computer without our permission. So I request the developers to follow some ethics so that more people will use this software.

• Warning, very hard to uninstall

  Pros

  Didn't really use since wasn't suitable for my needs- wanted to set up full display of screened Nasdaq stocks daily.

  Cons

  Can not uninstall...doesnt show up in standard windows 7 uninstaller and I even downloaded revo uninstaller software and that couldnt find it either...they hide it well, and no uninstall info in manual.

• Excellent Charts

  Pros

  Once you get it going (it takes a long time), it's a great program. Saves your charts and indicators (use Save to Workspace icon at bottom of screen).

  Cons

  Too numerous to mention: 1) steep learning curve 2) help file is badly outdated 3) some functions require a lot of guessing. 4) Adding to portfolio requires you to scroll through alphabetized stocks. 5) Use the charts in the program, NOT the portfolio, unless you're super bored and have nothing else to do. They never thought of just typing in the symbol? Seriously? 6) stocks can't be recorded (buy) in increments (300.5 shares). Nothing there to tell you what you're doing wrong, you have to guess.

  Summary

  I'm using it even with all its flaws. Great charts and that's what I wanted. If you need other features wait for updates. I'm using 3.2.7, a new update.

• Nice charting features crippled by restrictions

  Pros

  Some nice features, such as nice charts with just about every indicator you can think of available, chart notations, portfolio tracking, market news feeds, multiple market charts, and being Java-based it'll run on non-Windows systems as well.

  Cons

  Your indicators and notations drawn on a chart do not carry over from one session to the next. Data updates take forever, and don't happen until after 6pm India time - which is next day for North America. Annoying ads for upgrade products.

  Summary

  This is a program that looked great when I first started trying it out, but then became a great disappointment when I started trying to get serious use out of it. I tend to track multiple charts on a daily basis, and need something that will keep my indicators, markings, etc from one session to the next - this program, although loaded with charting features, completely fails in that if you close the program and go back in, you have to re-create all of your chart indicators each time. It has the ability to save a "screen shot" of your chart to bring up later, but many indicators, drawing notation tools, etc, on live charts do not carry over. Rather than using one of the free 20-min delayed stock feeds out there, this one uses a proprietary feed held by this company, which is only updated once per day, and not until after 6pm India time - making it essentially useless for traders in North America as you won't be able to see a day's update until the next morning. Another annoying aspect of the data feed is that it checks for daily updates of the data for a specific market when you start it up (NYSE, NASDAQ, etc) and when there is an update it downloads ALL of the data for that market, not just the charts you are following. So if you just want to see an update to, say, Yahoo - you have to sit through about 10+ minutes of download time to see your one chart. The program also has the annoying animated advertisements on one side (and on a couple of the dialog boxes) for upgrade products they want to see you that show up so frequently on "freeware" programs from companies attempting to use their program as a sales tool for other products. All in all this is a charting program that looks great at first glance but then completely fails to deliver upon actual use.

  Pros

  I like indicators which one we can add or remove quickly & it's works Like magic. thanks for pivot points which u have add in latest version. we can decide the stop loss. & market's movements.

  Nothing is in chart which we don't like but there is more in this chart which a trader do not accept like me.

  Ii m not a chartist, i m a trader after then i can decide the levels for coming days because of this chart. thanks too much for giving me a opperchunity to use of this chart. i came in stock market in feb 2008. i was new in market, i lost 8,50,000 rs in 2008. after then i stoped trading. i was trading in future (lot). from last 10-12 month i was searching the chart in net. one day i found your chart. after downloding the chart i had decide to play in market. first week i had some trouble to understand the chart but now it's so easy to decide the market trend because of this chart. i m very happy from this chart. now i can take my own decision about market. believe me. i told u truth of my life. i m in trouble by money. but i will cover because of your chart slowly from market.
