Cenomi Plus for iOS

Cenomi Plus by ARABIAN CENTRES COMPANY is an iPhone lifestyle and loyalty application that works as a mall companion for Cenomi-managed centers. The app helps users collect and track reward activity, discover stores and seasonal events, and use a digital membership card and wallet. It targets frequent shoppers, diners, and families visiting Cenomi centers in Saudi Arabia who want a single place to manage offers and membership status.

Designed for everyday visits to Cenomi centers

The app positions itself as a single companion for shopping, dining, and entertainment within the developer's network of lifestyle centers. Users can accumulate points and redeem them through the in-app wallet, and membership progresses through Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers that unlock higher-value benefits. The platform replaces the previous loyalty experience and generally transitions existing accounts into the new system automatically.

How it connects across stores and checkout systems

The developer bundles the app with the operator's mall network and a strategic Visa partnership to support more flexible transaction workflows at participating outlets. It works across iPhone and iPad devices that run iOS 15.1 or later, and the digital card can be presented at point of sale or combined with receipt scanning to register activity in the account.

Onboarding and daily use for non-technical visitors

Onboarding benefits from automatic account migration for prior members, reducing setup friction for returning shoppers. App Store feedback notes high ratings for ease of navigation, while some users reported intermittent problems updating profiles and redeeming specific coupons, an operational caveat to expect when relying on time-sensitive offers.

Rewards reliability and account controls

Points are logged either by scanning receipts or via the digital membership card, making reward tracking concrete for each visit. Tier advancement depends on spending and engagement within the network. The app's wallet and event listings keep offers in one place, and the account migration feature helps preserve historical activity for long-term members.

To sum up, a practical companion for regular mall visitors

To sum up, Cenomi Plus is a practical option for frequent Cenomi center visitors who want consolidated rewards and event information in a single app; expect occasional hiccups with profile edits or coupon redemptions. Pro tip: keep receipts on hand until transactions appear in the wallet and enable device notifications to catch short‑term brand offers and event alerts.
