Catcharium: Fish ID Log for Android

Catcharium: Fish ID Log is a specialized mobile application designed for anglers and nature enthusiasts. This app transforms catch photos into a dynamic and private fishing log, allowing users to identify fish species through a single image. It features an AI-powered field guide with over 400 species entries, automatic length estimates, and the ability to create an animated aquarium showcasing saved catches. With multilingual support and anonymous cloud backup, it serves as a comprehensive tool for documenting fishing trips and building a searchable record of catches.

The identification process relies on AI-assisted technology, which suggests species based on uploaded or live photos. It is important to note that the accuracy of these identifications can depend on the quality of the images provided. While the app offers an engaging way to visualize catches through an animated aquarium, users are encouraged to verify length estimates manually when precision is essential. Privacy features include an anonymous cloud account for backup and options to control location data storage.
