Administer files and flows in CaslonFlow

The Webaccess plugin can increase the general view for both the internal external users of CaslonFlow. Each user is individual configured, which secures that he has access to the needed processes, and nothing else.

Internal and external people will appreciate the possibility to observe the status of files in the workflow without leaving their own workstation.

External users can use the Webaccess to upload files from their own company/computer to a folder managed by CaslonFlow, where the internal staff decides what to do with the file.

Internal users can administer files and flows. For example they can submit files from one workflow to another.
