With this program, you can make a cartoon bubble, with the text of your choice, appear when the cursor is rolled over the image link. They are easy to use and work without a plug-in. You can also set the font, color, border, and even use them with a tiled background. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I had to delete it. After I downloaded the zip file; I unzipped it and none of the files would open the program.
