• Automates & organizes all job boards in one easy place

  Pros

  As someone who lives on many job boards, but am tired of going to each one, one at a time and repeating the same annoying searches over and over again, Career Search Manager allows me to avoid visiting all those boards and simply open the application from my computer, pop in the type of jobs I am looking for, location, etc. and then organize the ones I want to keep, export any jobs to an excel spreadsheet, organize my cover letters and resumes as well. It finds jobs posted from all the major job boards too.

  Cons

  Not really cons, but I believe this product can and will do even cooler things in new versions as job searchers think of features they would like to add.

  Summary

  I love this product. Very easy to use, very friendly. Took probably 10 seconds to install using Time Warner high speed Internet connection. If there are features such as boolean type searches you want to use, click the getting started button on the far right tab and it will open a small PDF that will quickly show you what to do to make that happen. I was scared thinking it was going to be some long nightmarish users manual but instead I found what I needed to do with a boolean specific job title search within seconds.
