All the programs of training offered to you: 8 sets of 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest (Tabata), 3 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute of rest (K1), 5 rounds of 3 minutes with 2 minutes of rest (Muay Thai), 5 rounds of 5 minutes with 2 minutes of rest (UFC), 12 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute of rest (Boxing Pro). It is up to you to schedule(program) your sessions with this timer as you think best and especially with your rhythm and according to your level.
