The goal of card counting is to predict whether the players or the dealer have the advantage in the next round of cards. Based on statistical evidence high cards (10s, Js, Qs Ks and aces) put the players at an advantage, while the low cards benefit the dealer more than the players. When high cards are dealt, there will be less high cards remaining in the shoe, making the players less favorable in future rounds. Thus, in these counting systems, negative points are assigned to the high cards. For the same reason positive points are assigned to low cards.This app teaches you 4 popular blackjack card counting techniques - Hi-Lo, Hi-Opt1, Hi-Opt2, and Wong Halves.
