Bhu Guarantee Dishaank for Android

Bhu Guarantee Dishaank is a mobile GIS application designed for on-site verification of land surveys in Karnataka. It overlays historical village survey maps on live satellite imagery, allowing users to pinpoint survey numbers at their GPS location while accessing linked Bhoomi ownership details. This app is particularly useful for land buyers, farmers, and officials needing quick confirmation of survey numbers and encroachment layers. Key features include K-GIS cadastral overlays, measurement tools, and an offline mode, ensuring usability even in areas with poor connectivity.

The app matches device GPS readings with digitized revenue maps, enabling users to view survey numbers, Hissa boundaries, and ownership details based on data from the Bhoomi database. Users can search by District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, or Survey Number, while an encroachment layer indicates areas like Rajakaluve and lake beds. While GPS-based identification provides immediate context, some users have reported occasional offsets and slow loading times for high-resolution maps. It is essential to note that the app is intended for informational purposes and is not a substitute for legal title documents.
