didn't understand how to use it. The help section was useless and now I can't delete it from my pc as it keeps telling me I have the application open when I clearly don't! Can anyone help?

The tool is a little bit academic. Unfortuntately there is only ONE example file. User interface looks archaic. Not really a favorite.
