  Pros

  I've got to say that after using BBMail software over the last few days that it's really an amazing product. It's helped me get around lots of hurdles with standard bulk email clients like some famous products etc. A top class product that is super powerful and has the potential to make it's users a lot of money if they implement a quality marketing campaign. Very glad I found it.

  Easy to send send bulk emails, easy to extract emails, cost effective, easy to import and export database, lifetime license helps in importing the database and extracting the database before renewing the contract. Good online Customer care support

  The software claims to have a lot of features, but it's too difficult to setup and use.

  Cons

  Very difficult to setup and use. I am not a newbie in this kind of software, but I just can't figure out which function does what. The interface needs serious updates.

  Pros

  recently I have update it to 7.5.9 to replace the 7.5.8. It is free of charge. Compared with some bulk email software, we need pay the update fees and then we can get that. So it is completely easy with BBmail. Lifetime license and upgrade free all the time. now the track service is more correct and easy sub/unsub function now. It is no need add my gmail email account to receive the unsub message.

  Pros

  The sales content it very good at saying it will meet your needs. Install was easy. Saves you the trouble of having to fill orders or answer phones because your message stays only on your own computer and never emails anyone.

  Cons

  We are now over seven days from order on a 30 day subscription I paid $250 for. Nothing works. The SMTP list they offer is not accepted by the software they sell. I have requested support many times. They tell me to go to the site and use the live support which is only available in the middle of the night in US time. This product is little more than a scam I am afraid and sold by Avangate who seems to have no problem selling scams.

  For email marketing, I had not been worried for my business with help of bbmail best bulk software. It helps me a lot. And most important, I made more money than what I spent on the bulk email software. This newest version has perfect performance, compared with the before ones. It is very easy to use with neat interface. With this bulk email software, I can insert html newsletter and text too. It is convenient to set send speed in the software for my server limit.

  For my online business, I have used many bulk email software. Finally, I think BBmail works as what they promise. The tracking reports are my best satisfactory. With bbmail bulk email software, I can check how many people read my bulk email, click my link. So I can get a brief summary for my email marketing. And I can set several subjects for sending randomly to aviod spam.
