Fight historic battles from World War II.
In Battlefield 1942 you fight World War II's historic battles when the Axis Powers met the Allies in different parts of the world. You fight the battles of Midway, the D-Day invasion in Normandy, and the war in North Africa and Japan where millions of people fight and give their lives on land, at sea, and in the air.

The game is a first-person shooter with many assignments spread over four campaigns. Several players can fight online on wide battle fields and control airplanes, tanks, and aircraft carriers. The weapons are easy to handle, but to be successful in Battlefield 1942 you must be cunning and have stamina.

You can use these files to host your own server for the Battlefield 1942 multiplayer demo.
