useless for a demo, wasted my time.

No many that I could find except that the e-mail based support was quick to respond to requests.
Cons
Not worth $125.00 for license. System is geared toward tracking jobs by equipment serial numbers, not model numbers. Very cumbersome to use. The printing engine is crap. Would not print correctly on a common HP 845 deskjet. Had to use a seperate printer profile for printing everything from this program. Not a very well organized program. Tech support is email only.
