Very poor customer Service & requires extra hardware!

Pros
Customer service BEFORE you buy the software is good. They told me everything I wanted to hear and made it seem like installation is a piece of cake...couldn't be further from the truth!
Cons
- Customer Service after you buy the software. They do not answer phone calls or answer email questions. - You need a dedicated server to use the software. - They do not tell you the prerequisites to use the software until after you purchase.
Summary
Getting Aweb set up has been a nightmare! They send one line responses to most emails but they never actually answer our questions. I was unable to install myself so I paid them $50 to install for us. 1st, they say all they need is a database, and FTP credentials. We sent them the info. 2nd, they say they cannot install until we install and configure Apache and WAMP. We got this set up. 3rd, they tell us we have to install Ioncube. 4th, they tell us that we HAVE to use port 80 even though it is already in use and that 8080 or other ports will not work. 5th, they tell us that we will need to have a dedicated server just for sending emails. - It has been over a month since we bought the software and we still cannot use it.
